Option to lower the engine volume

No you are in a rb match so you have to follow thr rb rules of mouse aim.

In that case you should deactivate all sound and play without. Its not ok to hear your engine because its monton but its ok to hear some else monton engine.
Wow what a supprise. Yor pc specs are a you problem. As are your or any disabilitys.

Typically you don’t follow someone around for the whole game.

Thank god it’s not a problem because this game is optimized to run on low end/mid pcs just fine.

Fr disabled people should just stop being disabled.

I hope you’re not using third person or the standard crosshair. Doing so is very ahistorical and you’re basically cheating. Using anything but the normal keybinds is cheating too btw.

Even if ULQ was a forced setting for all players they’d find something else to blame their skill issue on. Maybe it will go back to russian bias or who knows what else.

That’s sort of insensitive, especially at this time with the paralympics actually going on.

No-one ‘chooses’ their disability, and many don’t decide or even know how old age will effect them. Whilst they will have some ‘contribution’ through their actions and choices along the way, it can’t always be as simple as this.

The reason why I mention this is that I have been involved in various peoples lives, who genuinely have disabilities, from a neighbour who was destroyed by what doctors thought was the right way to treat them, to various members of my society who were born into a disability that they had no decision in any way, shape or form.

And whilst these are reasons to have these features and abilities put in the games they partake in, you can’t exactly have to verify your disability to use these functions.

‘Um, if you’re homeless, just buy a house, duh’

The girl who made this statement which became a meme should just have embraced it and gone whole hog on every ‘real world issue’ and run with it.

My IQ lowered reading the thread

I’m not sure if WT even has an option for colorblind people to adjust their graphics.

Nah why would you help them. As everyone knows being homeless is a you problem.

But I’m simply too boneheaded to not use anything other than sim controls, therefore everyone should be forced to use them too, much in the same way you’re saying everyone should be forced to use the same sound settings because they don’t wanna change them.

and thats the problem because those functions get exploited.

How about not disabled athletes take part in the Paralympics?

If you park in a disabled parking spot you get fined. To get that permission you have to prove that you are disabled. Its the same thing. You are not disabled why should you use those aids? Because you can? You call me “insensitive” what do you call people who exploit disabled features without being disabled?

Dude it’s a fucking video game not an international sports event. People shouldn’t have to prove their colourblindness just to change the graphics.

Esports ready.

What does this have to do with anything I’ve said?

That has it do do. Its is a international sports event. E-Sport there is even a league.

the sound is litterally a major part of the esport, a good player use the sound a lot to actually know where, what tank it is and where he is heading, so saying that we should remove the option to lower the engine noise to make it more “esport ready” is actually counterproductive

Thats why you can turn off your engine.

and? you can’t spend all your game engine stoped

Such is life, you want to move you have to make sound and give your postion away. Cant have both. Be silent and move. Some tanks are louder others more quite. By removing yoru own sound you inbalance the game and cheat.

its not cheat, at this point just say that changing your radar keybind is a cheat, a player with enough knowledge of the game will bind keybind that he master where newby will use the multimenue to activate the radar

Changing key binds is not the same as removing sounds to give your self a advatage. Its not even close.
