Even I’m in the camp of saying that a sub tree nation shouldn’t be exclusive. But playing U.K and seeing friends play it is depressing.

I’m in the opinion a nation that has a sub-tree would get the sub-trees stuff all of it. It’s a nation in game you should be able to play all their stuff in the Same Place

Previously Romania was split between France and Italy, even Canada is split between the U.S and U.K.
Even now, the ITO is split between France and Sweden.
Romania and Canada aren’t sub trees not even nations in game yet.
