Yes
Melted butter, added flour, and fried. Then added the liquid and sour cream, salt, pepper and mustard.
Beef tenderloin is sliced, salted, breaded in flour, fry until crust in a pan. Stewed tenderloin in sauce 10-15 min.
Done.
Serve with mashed potatoes.

The J-7E can hold its own in uptiers much better because of the better dogfight performance, as well as a top tier capable RWR. However it has worse straight line speed and sheer power than the 21bis. The 30mm is also quite inconsistent and sparky compares to the GSh-23.
Both should be 11.3, but the J-7E is slightly better overall, but it’s not 11.7 capable imo.

What kind of survey are you doing?
I’m doing my own decompression spreadsheet and some planes I either don’t have enough experience fighting or can’t make up my mind about how they compare to others. I figured the best way to determine these was by asking the community.
