To both of you:
Tiger, Mig-29, F-35 are all available by Germany.
Spitfires? BF-109K4.
Hunters? CF-13s.
Meteors? Rocket 262s.
The problem is that Germany don’t have a helicopter with a chin mounted gun.
The MiG-29G is also the best MiG-29 available to them. Then Germany doesn’t operate any F-35’s currently.
So it’ll just be them getting the F-4F ICE until the Eurofighter.

That’s also something I said. Dutch F-35’s should be considered in the meantime.
To be fair the only great gun is on Apaches.
Germany purchased F-35s, and F-4F ICE is amazing… unless you consider F-18 not amazing.
“F-18 is better than F-4F ICE.” in wing loading and engine power, and that’s it. F-18 can dogfight better, but F-4F can go faster.

Gaijin has made it clear that Britain isn’t getting a SAAF sub tree because it has 5 lines.
I still don’t get why people still want sub trees for the majors still.

That was almost a year ago i still think they could of changed their minds on SAAF planes
Faster when? When flying at 10kms? F/A-18 would outclass the F-4F ICE in every aspect in realistic battle scenario.

On the deck, F-4F goes mach 1.15 loaded, F-18 goes 0.98 - 1.02 loaded to an equivalent amount.
Really enjoying the challenge of the Chinese trees. Almost more than the USSR at this point.
