A 200 pen kinetic missile can not defeat composite armor just as a 500 pen chemical missile can not defeat composite armor, what is your point?

Yes there are two areas where you can find a straight line to fire at distances where the missile’s penetration becomes effective.

The Object 775 is usable on every map.
No other ATGM carrier has zero penetration under 100 meters distance. Yes they perform poorly in CQC but they are still able to penetrate point blank targets.
Losat doesnt need to have like 700m clearance to be effective you only need maybe 270mm of pen to be effective
I agree thus a placement at 9.3 is justified as that is the average penetration of APFSDS found at that BR.
I get that you are struggling with losat but there is no reason for it to be at 9.3. You get about 250mm at 200m and it only gets much higher after that.

You’ve stated its penetration is high due to penetration yet there are vehicles at 8.3 with similar penetration
You’ve stated its placement is high due to its mobility yet there are vehicles at 9.3 which beat its mobility
You’ve stated that its placement is high due to its ability to fire multiple ATGMs in quick succession yet there are other ATGM carriers with this feature at 8.7 / 9.0
You’ve stated that its placement is high due to its access to thermals yet this is a common feature on vehicles around 9.0
What makes you so afraid of this vehicle other than sheer ignorance of its features that you try to claim its placement is justified?

Yes you’ve stated that it can perform with 200-300mm of penetration, this is the penetration found on APFSDS at rounds around 9.3
So then you agree it should be placed at 9.3
I stated that pen works because the hstvl has about 260mm at 11.0. Losat also only has that oen at around 250m. Past that, the atgm pens much higher than the apfsds that you see at 9.3
The HSTVL has 30 degrees of gun depression why are you bringing up this vehicle?
Because i was comparing the pen. Trying to show how much pen would be about the min needed at around 10.3 for something to work
