Object 775 9.3 LOSAT 10.3

Yes the M10 is a tank.

yeah, they play differently. shocker.

Losat atgms are kinetic so you cant compare pen to chemical rounds

Shockingly different. Considering one is capable of engaging the majority of targets it faces with ease while the other is highly situational. One might think one could go higher in BR and the other lower due to their performance.

The penetration is irrelevant. There are ATGMs with higher penetration at lower tiers, the other features of the vehicle are relevant.

Then dont bring up pen as a reason to lower it

move the ZT3A2 to 11.7 then! it can frontally deal with everything it faces!

The LOSAT’s penetration is situational. It is relevant to its performance.

This is the justification marimash is trying to present, I find it rather silly.

Dont fight things less then 200m out and you wont have an issue

Yes that is not a possible scenario in the majority of War Thunder’s map design.

It is very possible if you dont hold W. 200m is not far at all

The penetration is irrelevant in justifying its higher BR placement as the penetration is situational based on the distance the missile traveled. As most engagements are at a shorter range its penetration is much less than even the Rubin, therefor a lower placement would be justified if we’re going off of penetration alone. As there are other vehicles at lower BRs with higher penetration than both I believe it is irrelevant outside of the context of minimum engagement range that the LOSAT is faced with compared to the 775 which can comfortably engage at any distance.

And here you go comparing kinetic pen to chemical pen

“The penetration is irrelevant because [insert factor why penetration is relevant]”

There are only two areas on this map where you can find an engagement distance as you’re justifying, neither are near the objective.

dont spawn it on this map then. there are lineups for a reason

The penetration is irrelevant. The mechanics of the missile are relevant.

Isnt each square like 250m?
