Object 775 9.3 LOSAT 10.3

Those also get apfsds so they are able to pick better ammo. 775 can not. Cant compare

It has a turret and tracks the only thing different is its use of a gun launched ATGM this does not suddenly change how the vehicle is modeled otherwise you could argue the T-55 AM-1 / AMD-1 are both tank destroyers.

…loads of tank destroyers in game have a turret and tracks? what?

Not all tds are casemates

They get very poor sub average APFSDS which struggles to penetrate tanks at their BR range frontally where as the Rubin missile can quite comfortably go through the same weak spots. Why are you unable to compare the two?

Quite.

What? Their apfsds works fine. I main the apfsds because it is much more reliable

There’s tanks classified in game as a tank destroyer yes.

They also have infinitely more flexibility with a turret that actually rotates quickly, a 50 cal and a laser rangefinder

Yes APFSDS is more reliable in situations where you have debris and are presented a side profile.

Yes they’re MBTs.

Clearly the m10 is an mbt

so why are you comparing the two?

Comparing the M10 which shoots a 76mm APBC round to a gun launched auto loading ATGM sporting advanced composite armor and extreme low profile is disingenuous.

I’m not I’m comparing the LOSAT to the 775 hence the thread title and topic.

You stated that the 775 is a tank because it has tracks and a turret

The 775 is a tank yes.

Losat gets much better atgms

And m10 has tracks and a turret

The LOSAT’s ATGMs are unreliable and only beat penetration at extreme distances which most War Thunder maps do not support.

This combined with all other factors, lack of gun depression, no stabilizer, armor. The LOSAT is comically overtiered compared to the 775. Both vehicles are prototype ideas, one is 9.3 the other is 10.3, what justifies the disparity?
