Object 775 9.3 LOSAT 10.3

Not bad but not good enough to outpace things at it’s BR, meaning it won’t get to the spots first.

That was my point, we have a lot of acceleration areas and very few runways where you hold W for minutes at a time. This makes LOSAT even stronger.

Considering Rubin is a non-tandem missile, no, it’s firepower is subpar for it’s BR.

MBT-70 isn’t stuck with subpar ATGM, 775 is.

Yes exactly.

Yet other vehicles at its BR get by with less penetration.

You can’t fire the LOSAT while moving. Even with the extra acceleration there is no guarantee you will reach a position you can begin firing from due to the lack of a stabilizer / gun depression / the missile’s mechanics. All of this makes the speed advantage irrelevant.

Not every vehicle can be the fastest, the LOSAT isn’t the fastest vehicle even at 9.3

The LOSAT is stuck with its missile, your point?

What atgm carrier at/around 9.3 has less than 500mm of pen?

The MBT-70 / XM-803

Those also get apfsds. I am refering to atgm carriers that can only carry atgms, just like the 775

Yes quite. If the 775 had access to APFSDS with its armor and profile I would think a BR of 10.3 or higher would be justified. As it has a rather mediocre ATGM it survives quite well at 9.3 with other ATGM carriers of its BR range.

So, which atgm vehicles, like 775, has less pen at/around 9.3

The MBT-70 / XM-803

Looks like the answer is “there are none”

They clearly mean solely ATGM carriers.

I just listed two, there’s the American XM-803, the American MBT-70, and the German KPz-70. That’s a total of three off the top of my head.

lists the same vehicle 3 times

The Object 775 isn’t modeled as a tank destroyer classifying it as such and comparing it tank destroyers is asinine.

Yes all three of those vehicles are at 9.0 / 9.3, the 775 sits at 9.3

You cant compare atgm pen with apfsds pen

I’m not comparing the two.

So you typed those vehicles by mistake? Multiple times?

The three listed vehicles fire a gun launched ATGM the same as the 775, it was a popular idea around the time all four vehicles were developed.

…yes it is?
