its not modeled right nor the merkava mk3/4 so theres a point to the gripe

being a sweaty try hard with a playstyle coming short of making a sacrifice to the sun isnt fun nor or much else

but if its to balance the game thats fair because RU vehicles are basically like if the US stopped making tech/improvements 50-60 years ago

but if they change map sizes and mode that wont matter then tactics can be applied and skill matters

The Merkavas has some of the most wonky damage models ever, they are one of the things that consistently absorbs 4+ tandem 9M123 ATGMs with 1200mm pens, everytime you shoot at this thing you roll a dice to generate a random number of 10-100, when you get 20 your 3BM42 post pen damage only create enough spalls to turn the gunner and loader into yellow, unlike others you get a random number of 80-100, 100 means OHKO.

prolly a good thing its missing stuff then otherwise it would be best against chemical munitions better than the abram all around considering the abrams focused mainly on frontal protection and 30 degrees to each of the sides from kinetic and chemical

Because the joke behind the stat shaming is that if someone has 0.x KD on all his vehicles (espeically his most played ones) then there is no such thing as OP as hell vehicles because everything is OP to them Lol

the only tank ingame thats OP as hell is the one that saw you first especially at 8.0BR+

bear in mind people just wanna play for fun the game might not be dead in player count but it sure is now with the fun

and the nit picking and mud slinging in the forums here which can mostly be knocked out in one go is making it worse

People seriously need to learn that actions speak louder than words. I don’t care if you have 0.1 or 10 K/D, but if you can’t perform better in your brokenly OP vehicle than with other, normally balanced vehicles then we have a problem.

Supposedly brokenly OP vehicle has a fair share of cons when compared to contemporaries.
Player moaning about said vehicle has account-average performance in said vehicle.
Like dude, what even made you point a finger on the said vehicle, both on paper and in-game stats aren’t in your favor.

You think the racing director of red bull is going to be good enough in any F1 car, that you can tell the difference between two cars by examining his lap times in them? What planet are you on? All of this ignores the fact that you can’t even see things like assists and captures on the playercard, so you’re going off literally the minimal amount of data possible. Clownery.

  1. I’ve not seen anyone saying the M1A2 sucks.
  2. This is a game, people play to have fun, not stat pad. Anyone can play cautiously sitting back/flanking, letting the enemy make mistakes, and rack up the kills. I personally find it more exciting to push the objectives and brawl with the enemy.

First forum post. I have the 292 and have played soviets all the way to top tier. I refuse to use the 292 because of how broken it is. Needs 11.0 at least, though really, i wish it was never added. Terrible for the health of the game. My soviet lineup will NOT have the 292 til it is fair (same applies to the 2S38 , but thats for another thread) Playing soviets vs soviets, i have no way of avoiding these skill crutch tanks.

There was also way too many USSR vs USSR, which is perhaps the fairest matchmaking that we needed for a long time lol 292 on 292 violence and both team has Strelas.

i want it at 11.0 because they make sure RU vehicles are close as possible but also give them things they never had while neglecting western tanks

its no harder to kill it more or less than a t72 BUT the 152mm is a deleter yeeter so you better hit the ufp before he lines you up

also it kinda sucks i cant look at the tank now in preview without buying it

292 is 10.7 at most though.

Most players even the average ones will easily have a minimum 2.0 KDR due to its OHKO power if it’s really OP. Object 279 hasn’t changed much after being moved up to 9.0 and could maintain its KDR when played properly even when outside of squad, as I observed most players who are half decent has around 3-5 KDR and the gun isn’t as potent as the ones on the 292 in terms of penetration, it starts to struggle with composite armor during uptiers but the 292 will punch through everything at 11.0, so I expect the 292 players to have an even better KDR on the said vehicle if they claim the 292 being OP, but I actually think it isn’t better than the TURMS, at that br a lot can happen in those three seconds, it can be a very good sniper but lacks of gun depression limits the available spots to hull down, where the T-64B/T-72B with extra 1 degree gun depression can make use of the spots that 292 cannot use to hide the lfp, there is a lot of small things players often overlooked when judging the overall performance of a vehicle. I wouldn’t mind it being moved up to 10.3 at all because it will perform the same, but the vehicle overall isn’t better than the 10.0s we have currently bros, at least for USSR I see it as an equivalent of TURMS, in a lot of situations it performs worse than TURMS so it will be kinda weird that it placed higher.

I made you a clear and simple example which you’re obviously ignoring because you know what I’m saying is right.

You have 15k+ battles in this game, meaning you should have some understanding of how this game works and have some relevant knowledge of maps and game modes.
This is easily transferable to racing, in which a dude that has some experience driving cars is being put in two different cars. He then proceeds to get very similar lap times in both of those, but for some reason claims one is brokenly OP and better in almost every way.

I mean, if you still can’t understand such a simple thing I’m afraid you should read it again and again. I think I’ve dumbed it down to baby levels, so if you’re still not getting it I’m afraid you never will.

Kills are by far the most important metric out of those three. Do you think enemies will just let you capture the points without a fight breaking out ?

Also, getting that many assists in order for them to matter something in most cases just means you’re a pretty bad shot, which is also not a very good thing. I’ve been shot (wounded) many times and then proceeded to rack up multiple kills before I finally get taken out.
Yes, that guy who shot me first got his so important assist, but I still managed to do massive damage to his team. In plenty of cases assists are just some kind of a “participation award” for people to get score and RP.

You surely missed all those moaning threads about Abrams’ being absolute ass and non competitive at top tier.
