No. To get the tank you need to complete 8 task, the coupon (for 750k) allows to sell it on the market.

You need 8, if you missed some you can buy them for 999GE each.

Overall, the gun is of course really good but I find that it hates to elevate or depress. Mg would be nice for probing smoke and bushes/trees. Worls great for sniping, if you can get a map that isnt cqc.
hatches and lower plate mess it up everytime but they need to fix armor values for some of the tanks still
It is not about armour - it has TWICE the pen of other tanks at this BR. It kills EVERYTHING.
That is why IT IS RIDICULOUS - it has to go at least to 10.7/11.0

Because they can’t fit all of 292s in one team - there are so many of them they need to be spread between teams.
