??? It wasn’t you had to earn 2500sp and you still have to make it. Starting on runway = most nukes won’t go off. That’s lame as hell. Makes me think you’re just salty you don’t earn any…
Id hardly call the Tu-4 easy prey tbh those 23mm generally have greater range and power than anything you will see except for maybe the American Naval 20mms
I’m not salty. I’ve only ever died to a handful ever (8-9?) lol. That’s with a few thousand hours.
I so think it shouldn’t be like call of duty. You get your nuke and it just instantly kills everyone. It’s work to get and work to use. I think that’s a fair balance.
I might have thought that the bracket went just a tad higher to 8.7 or so, but what really is false and uneducated is thinking a treetop scraping b29 is anything but food.
I haven’t been shot down once in my various (15) B-29/Tu-4 nukes. In fact, I’ve been shot down twice on my nukes at higher BRs, and also I have shot down many people with the B-29/Tu-4 (6 people).
So I dunno, seems pretty educated and true to me. Plus, the whole point of a nuke carrier over a missile or auto spawn is that you are supposed to be able to counter it. Again, this is achieved by having the plane spawn at tree top level on the airfield. If you are that concerned about fighters, use your 220+mph spawn speed to climb a bit before leveling. But their is no reason to have the plane spawn at 2000m+. Their simply isn’t.
It gives a win, which if you are losing means that you just gained an extra like 40% in SL and RP rewards which is huge. So it’s definitely not nothing.
It’s really not- if you know anything about using your gunners, their are very few planes at those BRs that will really be an issue for you. And, that’s assuming they don’t just continue to groundpound, something I’ve seen happen on numerous occasions.
The only thing that is “easy prey” is if you are unaware of incapable of aiming, in which case, skill issue.
That’s cool, want me to like, show you how easy it is to not let you get a nuke off? We’ll do an exercise. You just have to make it to the map while I sit in any single engine plane at the BR.
That’s cool, want me to like, show you how having a counter is good for game balance? Or how easy it is to use your gunners to not get shot down? Or use your brain and not spawn in a nuke while their is enemy cover up?
Having a counter wasn’t what we were talking about, it was being just food to that counter with no counterplay. btw, gunners don’t prevent deaths… if a fighter is competent enough you cant prevent that
