That’s a skill issue, if you know how to use T61, radar is not necessary. By the way, Imp.Chaparral is 10.3, which is totally worse than Strela.

The israeli one has the regular missile but with the stinger’s seeker. So it is basically a stinger with 16g pull and smokeless motor

The Machbet is horribly mid.
It’s a modification of one of the worst AA at its original BR with only FOUR Stingers added, a gen 1 Thermal sight that’s mostly useless, and no radar. It’s not even stabilized and lacks more than 40mm of penetration unlike the other Gun AA at its BR.
Not only will you kill its little chances to do anything whatsoever, but you’ll also kill its lineup entirely.
The Machbet is objectively worse than the Ozelot. I own both.
The Machbet can’t move at all compared to the Ozelot. The Ozelot also gets scouting and way better and wider FOV Thermal sights.
The only situation where the Machbet is better is if something gets on top of you directly. That’s it.
