Imagine activating a 500% booster and entering a SIM battle and not knowing it was a night battle before entering the battle.
Yeah you really feel cheated out of the booster considering i couldnt see where I was going and it was either crash into a mountain or catch a R-27ER to the face.
We need the weather conditions and time of day on screen before entering a server.

But I agree, we should be informed of the conditions on the splash page prior to joining the game. It would also be nice to know the current score so you don’t join a game that ends in 3 minutes and waste a booster/wager.
there is a timer on top right corner of the tach you about to join if you do it throu the lobby. You can rougly see how the long the match was going. so its pretty easy to say that a match that is 24 mins cant end imidiatly and so on.
Yeah that works for maps that just started or even within the first hour but once a game is over an hour old, it’s just a gamble - you could join and it would have plenty of time left or you could join and one team has completely dominated the other team and there’s not much time left.
Not to mention the whole glitched lobby thing where you join a game that says it’s nearly full and when you get in the game it’s a 2 v 2 and everyone is greyed out (left the game).

Also you have the new RALT feature, which is very helpful, but yeah, I agree, it needs to be fixed.
I’m a ps5 player and I play on a living room TV and not on a computer monitor. I cant see a thing in night battles. When playing on a map like Afghanistan I cant fly below mountain tops. Locating enemies isnt the problem.
Plus I was looking to fly and grind out a strike aircraft by hitting some ground targets. Definitely cant see those in the dark.
