Next patch and beyond wishlist(Everything except Tech Trees)

you do realize that the turret is yet to debut in WT in its original platform, lol

we’re in a phase where a subtree of a nation got its end tier vehicle (that is even newer than anything IRL), before the main nation’s own latest vehicle (which has been available IRL for soo long that a country from another continent has even inducted it and have started using it). rofl

Why not look forward to the Type 96A1 with a 900-horsepower engine or the fully upgraded Type 96B instead of this?

ZSU-23-2 BEML Tatra 8x8, India’s Answer to Drones

  • ZSU-23-2 mounted on a BEML Tatra 8x8. The Indian army is modernizing the ZSU-23-2 system to use its accuracy and stopping power to target low-flying drones and other hazards. This includes tracking systems/FCS, laser rangefinder, new optics, and more. This modernization allows for a cheap and ready to go system that doesn’t compromise the budget considering how many ZSU-23-2 systems India has.

Other Notable Air Defense Systems

  • A ZSU-23-4M that features a new AESA RADAR for tracking smaller, more maneuverable targets at extended ranges which increases accuracy. Unsure if any new type of ammunition is used. Other upgrades include LRF and updated FCS that integrates thermal imagers for the crew.

  • A 2S6M Tunguska of the Indian Army.

It would’ve been better had India been an independent tech tree instead of a sub-tree of the UK. As a whole though, all new nations from here on out are gonna be using either Soviet or Western vehicles with a sprinkle of their own ingenious stuff unfortunately. They won’t stop adding new nations either since it drives profit. Hopefully they’ll have a better way to prevent Friendly Fire in sim as they add more of these nations which is one of the biggest issues when everyone has the same tanks. Obviously the grind hurts no matter what nation too.

Do you think UK will get f/a-18 or su-30mki?

I can def see them with the Su-30MKI, think it’s only a matter of time considering how unique it is with its wide range of Western, indigenous, and Russian munitions.

How about more advanced variants of the eurofighter and the HAL Tejas instead? the US can have the f18 and russia the su30

submarines preferably along with a sim alternative for naval that is a more fleshed out ec mode

Serval LAD 4x4, Drones No-more

  • “The Serval LAD vehicles are specifically tailored for anti-drone operations. Each vehicle will be equipped with an ARX30 remote-controlled turret designed by French-German defense company KNDS (Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and Nexter Defense Systems). The ARX30 turret is armed with a 30mm revolver cannon and integrated autonomous detection systems, including radar and radiofrequency detectors, which allow the vehicle to detect and neutralize drone threats efficiently.”
  • This vehicle would provide a heavy hitting 30mm vehicle that can track and destroy low flying aircraft and drones with ease. The ARX30 combat module uses the 30 M781 revolver cannon which fires the 30x113mmB round, the same round caliber that is used by the latest variants of the Tiger Attack Helicopter and Apache. This vehicle is seen paired with another anti-air variant of the Serval, the Serval DSA.
  • Would sit well at 8.3-8.7 BR with its ability to rapidly takedown close air targets and light vehicles. It’s worth noting there is not an APDS/APFSDS-T round for this caliber, with the gun relying on SAPHEI rounds for penetration. Still, the vehicle is an AD vehicle and not AT.
  • If you want more information on the Serval DSA (the Mistral version), please see the post I replied to.
