As Nurnberg is already in game, this is not possible for now.
Why wouldn’t it be?
Gaijin doesn’t allow individual ships to be present in multiple trees, so as she’s in game already as the Nürnberg, she cannot go to the Russians.
This rule came about when the Arkhangelsk got added to Russia, and people were asking for her to be added to the UK tree as the Royal Sovereign.
Strange rule, should still come either way.

Also would add that it doesn’t help in the Admiral Makarov’s favour is that the armament didn’t change at all after being transferred to the USSR unlike some other captured warships the USSR operated
My only wishlist is Russian tanks getting their made-up, blatantly overperforming ERA and internals nerfed and NATO tanks getting more realistic protection.

Hope to see the last current top sam vehicle (domestic) that Japan can get the upgraded Type 03 Kai different missile design maybe better range and AESA seeker. After this it would be things like patriots.
