not actual operational range, without LOAL missiles can’t lock on targets that far. in this situation, Spike isn’t that worse.
Is this a prototype or some sort of rare service modification? I made a post on it back in May and did not expect to see it again honestly.

Negative - just about everything else. In no particular order, and not limted to…
Poor cockpit visibility to sides and rear (‘improvements’ actually made it worse), ineffective flaps/dive brakes, high speed instability, insufficient engine cooling at low speeds, slow climb rate, single front mg, no back seater and defensive weapons, lacking power for single engine flight…
But thanks to the magic of WT ignoring/buffing/nerfing/BR’ing to make things work regardless of reality it could be great/usable! (Well at least no worse than the Breda 88).

Intended as a reconnaissance/ground attack based off experienced from the successful Ba.65. The design was slightly larger with a mid mounted wing to allow glazing to be added in the lower fuselage. The undercarriage was fixed and gave the plane an awkward appearance similar to OS2U Kingfishers in land based mode.
Its unique, quirky, unsuccessful…perfect WT material

I think it would be difficult to include the SM.85 in the tree without a rejig, but it doesnt have to be a complx one…
P108A > foldered with FC20 as the are both big gun attackers.
Then folder the SM.85 in its place with the Breda 88, both more traditional bomb orientied ground attackers, both unsuccessful twins.
Theres probably ways to get in alongside the Ba.65 (its house mate), or the Ju-87 (dive bombers), just harder to justify the other movements. Alternatively prem/squad*/event…where theres a will there’s a way (although i see a flaw in that statement!)
