IDk where you took all that info but it’s not T-80BV
nor does it have 130MM gun.
It’s a T-72 prototype with better autoloader having 32 shells in AZ and imrpovong reload to 3-4 seconds.
Hull was also longer and one more roadwheel was added to fit 1200 HP engine.
Additionally it would use one piece ammo.
Really IDK how you callee this a T-80BV if it doesnt even have distinctive features of T-80B alone.

so what’s the gun, it seems use a complete round, not 125mm separate round.
Last time I see this pic, it’s said to be a 130mm T-72
IIRC it never progressed to 130MM past project.
It uses some 2A26 or 2A46 variant to use one piece ammo.
Again I stated it’s one piece ammo.
There should be no suprise to that as it’s in own times T-64 used two piece ammo firing from modified gun that was known to fire one piece ammo from T-62.
It’s easy to see it’s not 130MM by lack of any muzzle device M65 has, the very same cannon it’s sometimes stated to be, but in actuality never recieved.
Sadly 1224 is more of a glorified engine testbed than something that is likely to be added as it has a dummy gun and no composite.

Japan getting the more NATO aligned ASEAN (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines)
ASEAN split 9 - 1 with Thailand for Japan and every other nation for China is a serious punch in the face for Japan that takes most of their possible subtrees away, and simply unnecessary for China with their great amount of other possible subtrees (I didn’t even name all of them since I wanted to keep 5 for both. Unlike Japan, China can get a lot more).
It doesn’t even keep ASEAN together. If that is the goal it should be a standalone tree, not Chinese.

Probably more like 9.0, the ZTZ59D1 has similar performing ERA on a T-54 chassis at 8.3 with a DM23 analogue dart. Granted, it doesn’t have much ERA and lacks a horizontal stabilizer, so it would be a bit lower.

Laos doesn’t really add anything new to the Chinese TT, Myanmar is a better choice not only that they use quite a lot of Chinese made equipment. Myanmar has some domestically built fighting vehicle though information is lacking on them even more so than North Korean vehicles. The rest are reasonable choices

Personally i would give Singapore to South Korea however i doubt that would be an option assuming if Korea gets split. Despite what some people state the Philippines is a good fit and they do use Japanese built equipment (T-34 Mentor, UH-2 Huey, there is also a proposal to give Type-74’s to the Philippines). Vietnam isn’t a bad pick since they too use Japanese built equipment (FD-25 Toyo, Teisho class patrol vessels and the Vietnamese Coastguard recently placed an order for Aso Class patrol vessels), also a significant portion of IJA holdouts in Vietnam sided with the Viet Min during the first Indochina war against the French and were eventually integrated into the VPA proper
Looking forward to the day bombers get some love. How about a B-54 with radar guided guns? It would be a tougher nut to cracks for the gun fighters at the expense of a higher BR further in to missile world…so basically still virtually unusable…
Unfortunately the stretched out and souped up B-50+ was never finished.

Tu-85, the ultimate development of the B-29 family. She had the unfortunate luck to overlap with the Tu-95 and was limited to just 2 prototypes.

Oddly reminiscent of the Black Tulip
From what I’ve heard that is a SK60C, basically the SK60 we have in game but with observation equipment, again that’s just what I’ve been told when it’s appeared before.

There is a very similar Swedish prototype to that VTS1.
(I do not believe it had a functional gun however)
