I think it will be AHEAD, even with modern tech, it’s still too hard and too expensive to make proxy fuze ammo below 40mm. The smallest one I know is a purported proxy 35mm ammo for Chinese 35mm gun, which was not accepted. and the fuze takes too much weight and space.

left is the older all-in-one version, which is canceled, and devided into 3 different planes. as for design details, the rendering is only for reference only, should have little relation with real ones.
