not the first time that a russian brochure was badly translated
because on the russian side it dosent mention meters per second
i would assume that it is the maximum tracking rate of the seeker instead, or something like that

AASM hammer is being integrated on gripen C. Gaijin plz add this update /j
Are there even AASM hammer bombs in game atm? i dont play france above like 4.0
Edit: there are
Rafale
Mirage 2000 RMV
Saw someone at 128 Million once
can’t remember who it was from memory though
that graph is more so a theoretical thing anyways since the r-73 seeker dosent have 20km range either in any normal conditions
Hello
Its been answered by the developers here: Community Bug Reporting System
I cant elaborate any further than has been explained there already.
I am sorry Smin but i do not agree with the statement provided by the bug report manager, especially when we have countless planes in the game with “inferior” missiles alongside superior ones
How does a tvc missile have worse agility than Python 5? Pretty sure even the current R-73 has better agility than Python 5 ingame right now.
You know as well as i know that the devs answer is not an answer. It is an excuse and a really poor one at that
Oh nvm, it’s just saying it has 360 degree launch limits
Don’t take any of the current ground launched missiles in game as how they actually act.
Why not? Seems like the perfect time to compare is when the missiles are actually in the game, and have been worked on according to the reports given.
uhh R-77 (and prolly some other ones too) out pulls IRIS-T currently… thats why
Think its fair to say the ground launched ones wont be staying this way
Because they are all cucked compared to their irl stats as has been posted
Hey Smin, if we believe the reasoning for this decision is incorrect (the missiles being inferior), is there anything we can do to show the devs this? This is truly a heartbreak and it would be a damn shame if there’s nothing we could do about it
anyways, working late today?
maybe in game
but IRL no air launched IRIS-Ts have datalink
maybe it is something added when setting them up for ground launch though
Can’t prove that. Sls we know has one way DL. It’s not a far reach to assume air to air iris-ts also have one way.
IRIS-T sls is missing atleast one way DL ingame (i say atleast cause Diehl are wording cucks), and its uses the A2A IRIS-T missile with a software update so id assume the actual A2A would have the same uplink.
However this is assuming diehl isnt being dumb
so far the only thing explicitly stating Data-Link is a older brochure (from before the SL versions considering the wording in the document).
Even if Python 5 gets reworked, so will R-73, I just don’t see a non-TVC missile beating a TVC missile.
