so far the only thing explicitly stating Data-Link is a older brochure (from before the SL versions considering the wording in the document).
Even if Python 5 gets reworked, so will R-73, I just don’t see a non-TVC missile beating a TVC missile.
There isn’t much on the proposed weapons loadout of the CAC 37 A-21 project aside from what’s already mentioned in the proposal.
Though I did do a “What If” type of speculation using WT custom loadouts.
Spoiler
I based the weapons loadout from the Following; What the Viggen can carry more specifically the Fighter Viggens, what is in RAAF inventory at the time and what few information on what armaments that the CAC-37 can carry. Predominately the AIM-54

I intentionally didn’t add any ground ordinances aside from the unguided rockets since it’s unclear if it’s a Fighter Viggen or a Fighter-Bomber Viggen (JA/AJ hybrid). As you can see I went to the former since it’s seems that it’s going to be used more in an Interceptor/Air superiority role
I’ll admit I’m still rather curious here. The devs noted in a previous bug report that the F-102 is technically compatible with the AIM-4F/AIM-4G. But how can it be “technically compatible” if the missiles cannot physically fit in the internal bay and don’t have the correct umbilical points to connect to the F-102?
Move SU-30MKK’s to 13.7
