Douglas looks like a bit off, I would like a Brooke class but considering it took 2.5 years to add missile ships to other nations after Bravy, I guess my suggestion will be fulfilled at 2030.

Its probably Ultra Low Quality Graphic settings. It basically removes a load of the folliage, and other small map details and makes spotting vehicles dramatically easier.
