We have no news to announce currently.
Hey simn by any chance can you explain how the work shop works that console players have access to I don’t really understand it?
Hi. I assume you mean the CDK kit?
It requires a PC to create content using the Content Development Kit for things like levels, missions and more.
Yeah if we increase the number of vehicles the new tree will have to infinity, the number of original vehicles is also going to reach to infinity.
Law of large numbers or smt like that idk.
But yeah as the major candidate is Korea, it will be another israel which is a bit more interesting in ground but worse in air
Some unique, some slightly modified, some reskins. You won’t see any new nation with TTs completely consisting of unique vehicles, same as with subtrees.
Although the addition of any new nation will at some degree reduce content coming for already represented nations (except big 3 maybe).
Day 2 of asking for the Ascari
You buy update chests and when you open them you get skins or, if you are lucky, a vehicle; now, if you do not want the skin or already have the vehicle, you can go to the Workshop tab, select the update from which you opened the chest, and exchange the skin or vehicle for two tickets (a vehicle would give you 100 tickets); once you have enough tickets, you can use them in the Workshop to buy another update chest and try your luck again.
Ohhh okay I was unsure on how it worked thanks
the weapon system itself is in service tho
which isnt the case for the MICA NG
and currently we dont even know if there is a radar guided variant of the mica ng
we have only seen an IR guided one
it’s just going to be like the 1990s except the other way around
in the 1990s EM was tested first and IR afterwards, with entry in service a few years later
I assume it will be IR first for MICA NG, and EM a few years later, wouldn’t be surprised to see a first test of the AESA variant late this year or in 2027
in any case a radar variant is confirmed to be developped
but implementing it now would be useless. Meteor and MICA IR will be here in the meantime, and i’m not expecting the first one before a while
CM-400 is not a ALBM
F-15EX devblog today, I know it
Day 15 of waiting for Cypriot sub tree
Also today is the 66th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Cyprus
Thanks for chiming in, I do understand that the plan was already there, it just feels like an unfortunate choice in retrospect.
It’s too bad that it took so long for Indonesia to get their Rafales in real life, as I feel one of those would have been a much better addition for Japan than the Su-30MKM, but it is, what it is.
I do wonder though, why was the A-4PTM chosen, wouldn’t the Indonesian A-4E be able to carry Bullpups and even GBU-8s?
The PTM is a slightly more unique modification and helps fill the intended BR slot better. The Indonesian A-4E hasn’t been ruled out, nor does the PTM prevent it. Just we wanted to expand this part of the tree first.
awesome to see the F-102 engine changes go through
now it’s just the missiles left and it may actually be a decent aircraft
Is there any update on reports about the missing ballistics computer for the PTM?
https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/sNmSij5otrOd
The ballistics computer for the air to air rockets would be nice to have as well
That’s something that would be nice to see in general, as it would help the F-89D as well
