Can see the fuze/igniter protruding out of the filler cap on one of the photos in the ticket. Showing that at least some were converted to fire bombs for Spitfires. Albeit the photographed planes are Greek Mk.XVIe Spitfires rather than LF Mk.IXc.
Contemporary Napalm/Fire Bombs were produced by converting 75 Gal drop tanks.

When used as fuel tanks, there are two flex hoses installed from the connectors on top of the tank to transfer fuel to the plane, and a regular filler cap/plug instead of a fuze

It’s a nice photo of a Greek Spitfire with a coffman starter blister on the engine cowling though - would usually suggest it’s a Merlin 61 or 63-powered Spitfire, which is unusual with a E-wing. I wonder what serial number it was

He was just jumping on the band wagon of “we must have QoL focused updates” like lets be real here this has got to be the best update of the year so far.
Could be, but there’s a risk we’ll see them do what they did for AIM-120C on introduction and hold it back for not being at the top BR.
We also already have the latest service F-2, so it’s either an experimental model with something like 3D direction finding RWR or the radar meant for F-X, or just a direct copy with new air to air missiles.
Issue with this is just that it doesn’t exist yet and we don’t fully know the armament. We already know it will rely on American missiles, so we will have to wait to even know if it could use AAM-5 still.
For the regular F-15s the current one is also the most advanced service model, though we might be able to see a sidegrade in an IRST equipped F-15 that sadly lacks HMD (which would be unfortunate for AAM-5) or maybe a twin seat F-15DJ that can perform a secondary role as EW aircraft through a dedicated pod.
We could also wait for later 5th gen, where we could get F-X 26DMU with internal AAM-5 if they don’t want to add these missiles below top tier. But this one was only partly made and Gaijin can get pretty weird about that.

I sometimes watched his stuff when I came across it, but I really started disliking him after his Heavy Cavalry update video, where he used a clickbait-ass thumbnail that wasn’t even remotely close to being factually true.
And the worst part was when he advocated for Gaijin to basically stop making anything for naval and remove copy-pasted vehicles, despite players having already put a ton of time into unlocking and grinding that content. Especially when he was talking about how quitting feels bad because you’re losing all that hard work. Yet apparently it’s fine to remove someone else’s vehicles and even entire game modes just because he personally doesn’t enjoy them.
Then, after getting criticized for his stance on naval, he backpedaled by saying he meant naval should be improved and that everyone had misunderstood him. Lmao. To me, that just came across as backpedaling because he didn’t want to admit that he had a shitty opinion.
Him complaining about Russia getting the T-90M Arena was peak, acting like it was an incredibly strong tank when calling it mid is already being kind to it.
Top-tier Russia, especially on the mbt side, is pretty mid. Their CAS is really their saving grace for anything post 12.0, but aside from that, their tanks are fairly easy to deal with as nato tanks actually get some decent rounds up there.
10.3–11.3 Russia is a different story, though, since they have some absolutely stacked lineups there and excellent vehicles like the T-80UD.
