Shameless plug for the US version.
I’d imagine you’d need conformation on whether Sweden or any other nation was buying the kit before making the suggestion even if the kit is compatible already.

There is no future for sweden on this regard because non of its sub tree have or want a attack heli, if gaijin want to play this balanced, sweden need to be stretched a bit more and give it something from the nato, or because sweden considered russian helis at some point, can receive russian ones, there is a lot of helis which was under consideration sadly only a few of them got to trial, gaijin have to step up from their standards a bit to fix this issue im afraid, but thats just a personal opinion doesnt matter much
If it can be directly shown that the Swedish variants are compatible, and there is some connection to Sweden somehow, then sure.

This stretch was already done with the AHS and Mi-28A (both of which were at least tested by / in Sweden for consideration). Sadly there is no further stretch here. Adding an entirely random NATO helicopter that has no connection in the slightest to Sweden unfortunately is not an option right now.

And? Serial production has already begun. The Fenice is already a finished heli.

All the weapons they are configuratong now won be in game for a lot of time still so i dont see why it shouldnt come.
They should give those missiles to the Stormer HVM.

Gajin, doesnt add in service vehicles until they have been handed over.
See KF41, Leo 2a7hu etc. Adding a prototype at this stage doesnt make sense.

According to sources of 2 month ago the AW249 is supposed to be handed over to italy at the start of 2028. So there you go, gotta wait another year until possible implementation

Exactly, because the fenice is a lot more finished than a Challenger 3 TD.
And they are correct indeed, i know how Leonardo works and i’ve talked to a few of the mechanics that came together the AW249 at the Eurosatory26 not long ago (we both speak italian :), the heli will be in service, but you are correct in stating the vehicle is at the very final stages before serial production
The only thing i’d point out like Pier said is that it doesn’t matter anymore if thet add it next update or next year as the finalized configuration was already given, hope it can clear out a bit of confusion

yeah, and that why you can wait the final strech.
Spike er2 will likely be added and remove the range problem compared to other nations.
Together with MITL the lack of DLRCCM wont be as bad either, so A129 will be fine
I dont trust gajin to correctly implement it at this stage, small bits like positioning of critical equipment etc changing by a bit and so on
