Yep, under name of ELT-577 QUIRIS, and from a gameplay standpoint it would be senseless to not add it even if it wouldn’t be in service

This little bit is the LDIRCM position of the Fenice
there is some positioning of the LDRCM that is modelled if i am aware, with the current position of it, it literaly only covers the lower half.
There seems to be discussion to add further ones, but here is where the part of finished Fenice having those coming in
