Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion

The problem with the F-35 airframe is going to be that their loadouts are anemic at best, with at most ~2-6 A2A missiles(depending on how gaijin model blocks it could be far worse if we get limited to early Block configurations, some don’t get a gunpod, and the internal Gun was not certified for use either) at best, so have far less staying power.

And due to said concessions the A2G capabilities involve trading your limited A2A stores, for either a JDAM or quad rack of SDBs.

so USAF never got GPS HARM operational but can get it (and AARGM) through technical compatibility?

only saving grace will be internal AARGM-ER/SiAW and sidekick (but not at same time) if they allow

They do though the later Blocks of AGM-88C & -D, its that these weren’t widely made available for export to all FMS clients, the -88F is refitting those exported missiles to a more modern standard, it’s like the AIM-9P3 , -9P4, -9P5 & -9S to leave some nations with an edge over others depending on how closely they were tied to Washington, or limited what technology was transferred to retain an edge should it fall into others hands(or built in bypass measures, for example it is known that the ALQ-144(V) defeats the -9P5 outright).

That’s a future Block 4 capability and it’s been stated that we won’t said capabilities until they are delivered, so it’s going to be a while.

the Raptor could come without stealth and be top 3 airframes easily

TR-3 does not have the necessary software upgrades?

Never, as it did not exist.

Your posts are not being ignored. This is not a BR feedback topic. That sort of feedback should be kept for the BR topics. Not here.

Nothing to currently announce on that.

Why does the replay always lack the player’s actual perspective? As you can see, you can’t click to switch it.

i just get my shuteye then wake up and start asking and coping about the challenger 2 again, the best way to live :D

Is this a server replay or a local replay?

To my knowledge local replays can only record the player perspective of the player who recorded said replay.

I clicked to watch the replay on the official website.

Hey @Smin1080p_WT I have a few questions.

  1. Are there any plans to decompress top tier air BRs to 15.0+? Top tier definitely feels very compressed at the moment, especially with the premium Su-30MKs being forced down into 13.3, which also affects 13.0-12.3, and so on and so forth. It would be nice to see some differentiation between certain high tier vehicles as well. For example, the F-15C GE shouldn’t have the same BR as the F-16CM PoBIT, but due to compression they’re the same BR, and neither really deserves to go down.

  2. A recent devblog discussed the improvement of guidance logic and thrust behaviors for the AIM-54 and ARMs. I’m curious if there are any plans to implement either or both of these for modern Fox-3s.

  3. Can we expect an update to the Thales Scorpion HMD symbology anytime soon? Considering a variety of F-16s got it this update, an updated symbology would be very nice.

Apart from 6.3, every BR has a vehicle but instead of insanely uptiered Spitfires, better Spiteful or Seafang can be placed at 6.3/6.7

Hello

  1. This would be something announced in a planned BR changes newspost or with the expansion of top tier via newer aircraft.

  2. As we mentioned within the blog itself:

" we plan to add this mechanic to all other missile systems"

  1. No current ETA. HMDs and MFDs are two examples of things receiving constant updates and improvements. Sadly its not possible to say when on spesific items.

can we expect another round of br changes any time soon?
