since we got a J-11B ASM fix surely we will get a PL-12 response atleast (cope)

- OV-10 (not a ww2 prop but still really cool to have)
- P-59 (P-59B, for real where is it)

The US tree has a crap ton of props but that doesn’t mean it has everything it can get

im gonna be honest I doubt they will be that much stronger then the current top dogs, again they have to sacrifice a lot of missiles to maintain stealth and stealthy itself isnt really a thing warthunder.
to be completely honest I think things like the F22 are over hyped, don’t get me wrong I think its a good plane but I dont think it will be as strong as everyone thinks it is.

BVVD stated that they would be adding a higher tier nuke plane for 12.7 to match the capabilities of top tier SAMs so you arent using things like F-111s or Tornados vs Pantsir SM-SVs, it is also meant as a nuke plane in nuclear escalation
meh yes and no. the imfamous rafale kill on the F-22 with fuel tanks was slightly held back. overall i so still think that a eurocanard in WT will curbstomp raptors in the dogfight. not to mention that the F-22 will have worse missiles than the eurocanards. 9X will be close to the likes of ASRAAM but an amraam isnt going to cut it vs meteors and such
i agree that the F-35 wont be a dogfighter, tbh its not much of an anything beyond a reduced viability imho, but i am a hater of the lightning 2
not really, 9X and ASRAAM fill different roles, 9X is basically a worse IRIST while the ASRAAM is meant as a long range IR missiles, its meant to be fired at 30+ km away from the target and close the distance fast so even in that situation the F22 is kinda screwed
honestly thats the issue with the US right now there isnt much better they can get in terms of A2A weapons, their new gen of BVR missiles is still in the testing phase so shouldn’t be added as other weapons have also been denied on such grounds, and the 9X is defiantly the worst of the gen5s IIR missiles

Also other COIN aircraft too like the AT-6E and Sky Warden which aren’t WW2 but still props that are missing.
And as a hopeful bonus there’s also the L-4H Grasshopper Rosie the Rocketer but that would probably be an event or GE premium.

It’s a bug with that button specifically (feel free to create a bug report for it, i don’t know if there already is one).
The view still exists and can be accessed through the key bind found in “Controls” → “Spectator camera” → “Switch to player’s view” .
The Rafale started on the Raptor’s six no? That’s not just “slightly held back”

No, they started side by side although I guess one could argue that’s being “held back” just because the Rafale as a delta could have made a sharper initial turn-in.

Feel free to watch Gronky and Lemoine (Former US F-18 and F-16 pilots) analysis on the Rafale video dogfight. They concluded that the F-22 and Rafale started off equally (side-by-side) and the F-22 didn’t have fuel tank on.
Did datamine show any potential nuclear carrier for the red side? Could Mig-29 be one?
So far just the f16, but probably very soon red side’s one will be shown
