The T-90M is worse in every meaningful way besides armor than the Abrams.
Which is why the Abrams is generally considered the better tank in game by pretty much anyone with a bit of skill and at least 5 braincells that are co-operating.
However since you claim that Russia is dominating, can you please ask the players on this team to stop doing so, because I totally felt very dominated by Russia in this game. I mean look at all these indestructable Russian MBTs in that team:

that’s simply not real. they shares almost same seeker and guidance. 179’s warhead is enough to get a kill in most time, and they all uses IOG or GNSS to assist the lock, only BA-11’s IOG is nerfed to non existing, but I still take it a good missile for its fast locking ability. as for damage. the only thing can stop 179’s warhead is L2A6/7’s turret front armor, but it’s a small chance you will hit there for twice or more.

It draws experienced players to it like any other highly anticipated and/or unique vehicles would. Its new so obviously people are going to play it a lot.
DM23/M735 is more than enough it kill it the same way as any other T-series around this BR. Both early T-72Bs or T-90A cant be penetrated to the UFP by Leopard 2A4 or legacy M1. What suddenly changed about BMPT that runs on the same hull? Yeah I guess it gets Relict on the sides making it trolly with some specific shots at around 90* but if you aim it right you get proper results.

for side, it’s the Relict, and the time you aim, is BMPT’s advantage. and for these low pen APFSDS, even pened, the spall will face the spall liner, will possibly do few damage.
and mostly targeted LPF is buffed with extra armor, makes DM23/M735 hard to pen.
so it’s easy for things like L2A4 to deal it, but not lower rank tanks especially 9.3 things

Hitting the front wheel is always better than LFP on any T-series and as for side shots try aiming a bit higher on the hull to slide the shot under the turret or even at the turret (if its sideways to you).
Yes, but this is making it harder to kill than usual T series, not to mention there is an autocannon washing your face
The firepower is not so strong, even can be weaker than usual T series when facing MBTs, but its survivability makes it different.
When predicting its BR, I said 10.3, just same as gaijin. but that time, I didn’t realize it’s high survivability facing low br tanks’ low pen APFSDS, and great efficiency against light tanks which are most common around this br
also, for more skilled players, they can using just autocannon to get many kills, by break a moving MBT’s track and make it turn, then shoot its side armor. BMPT’s high survivability makes this skill more operatable than BMPs

Honestly, I’m just really surprised Gaijin not only gave Russia 2 BMPT’s, but that neither of them are event vehicles, and one is even in the tech tree. I can’t tell if that is bias, or growth as a company?
well we still dont have a tech tree Boxer or Patria so who knows
The ability for German players to throw games amazes me at times. Like bro you have the best mbt in game and some of the best runner ups to follow along side it. Plus all of the fairly decent support vehicles. Its only really gotten bad for me within the last few months too…

Agreed. Honestly I think I’ve doubled my nuke count since the release of the update all thanks to the BMPT. It’s an absolute monster against vehicles that have low pen darts and its autocannon just shreds side armor and modules so if you can’t pen right away, you can save yourself. Not to mention switching guns from a broken one has saved me multiple times.

I’m still waiting for the ZT3 Badger, it would be an amazing ATGM carrier to have in top tier

I’ve lost all hope when it comes to gameplay reworks.
They seemingly would rather use their resources on adding a whole new branch of military than to invest additional resources on improving existing modes…
