I disagree on the IR.
HOBS vs non-HOBS is an extremely annoying balance issue at the moment and I think there is only one solution. Give everyone HOBS and there is only one way to do that.
But there needs to be mitigation, beyond just making them terrible seekers as is the norm these days, limiting them to LOBL, so limited to lock range rather than firing at longer ranges using IOG or DL in LOAL and limited to gimball limit, so no over the shoulder shots, would curtail some of their most concerning traits.
I do agree with ARH, though AMRAAM overhaul is in order

The P-51D-20 would as well., we have 2 different P-51D-20s ingame at Rank III (Sweden a& China), the only reason the US one is Rank IV is because it was of the fact it was at a higher BR back in the day, and is a premium (meaning going down a rank makes it lose effectiveness).
Honestly knowing my luck at this point, we’ll probably end up with an A-4KU, A-4AR, AF-1B, and A-4N Meshupar but no US A-4M lol

Yeah. Though there is still a chance, no matter how small/slight it might be.
I mean Gaijin did add the Hawk 200, Alpha Jet, L-39, Mb-326s, etc way after most people thought they’d be added… (this is just a copium/hopium concoction I’m on lol)

True, however if you look at it this way, they all also brought their own issues with them…
The Hawks were/ are trashy, the MB is completely and utterly busted half the time and the Alpha jets just exist.
I like them, don’t get me wrong but they won’t bother balancing them. Basically just like with any other light attack jet…
( Also the L-39 is a premium… Yipee ki yay)

The AIM-120C also doesn’t fit the F/A-18E, yet that is at a higher BR than the Gripen E.
The Gripen E as it is is already undertiered at 14.0 lol.
