How do you expect them to buff something when there is like 0 info on how the armor got reworked or a new package of armor. If there was additional information that due to so n so the armor is quite stronger sure. They could make a reasonable guesstimate.
Other than these 2, back to jets. Flight models to rcs (like for F-117 which has a very very decent rcs headon, working against even modern aesa radars in game) are all based on simulations.

probably lol, I still remember their dumb solution to make the harriers work which ended up making the thrust on seahawks insane it was kinda funny, im still waiting for helicopters in general to have their rotors take into account for their radar signature

we have had the EC mode in WT for years but they refuse to make that an actual game mode outside of sim I have very little hope that mode will be good (waiting for the giant maps with dynamic objectives and they only give you a single life)
Putting SAMs on the frontline would force bvr and SEAD at the start.
