no Publicly available Evidence
Feel free to make suggestions for them if there is evidence of them on Eurofighter prototypes like there was for SPICE.
However you seem to be confusing the prototype radar on a functional FGR.4 with the Eurofighter program prototypes.
Which is what gaijin usually use, since they dont accept classified information. Stop moving the goal post
from what i understand the eurofighters in game represent a future evolution of the plane anyways, and not inservice aircraft.
kinda similar to yak 141.
I dont see any issue with that
We cant and wont use any classified material. As clear by our rules: Source Material: Restrictions on Classified and Export Restricted information (“Military Restrictions”)
So its not clear what you mean by this.
Only public information such as: https://uk.leonardo.com/documents/64103/22616345/LDO_UK24_00623+ECRS+MK2+LQ.pdf/941e48cb-7bfa-4a05-ddd1-24df1934f444?t=1740640729437
Thats correct yes.
Main issue isn’t the radar itself, its the double standards.
German non AESA versions also tested IRST but Gaiji refused to implement it under lame excuses but somehow a radar that hasn’t been even finalized and still considered as prototype was integrated to British and Italian Typhoons.
Now as for the radar I’m completely okay since I also have British versions but what pisses me off is that their double standarts.
yes and thats why people are complaining
this is a Fictional Future Possible version where all Nations Profited off of German integration efforts because in theory every Jet could do that for Spice but in the same sentence once it starts to actually matter for AIR RB when we talk about the Radar the Coin is Flipped and all of a Sudden the Radar is withheld from the Fictional version germany gets because the Real version germany gets which is Distinctly diffrent from this AESA one in game could get a diffrent radar
Its already moving to production:
“And now, finally, a £453.5 million ($627.53 million/€523.57 million) has been awarded to BAE Systems to start production of the service-standard ECRS Mk 2 radar.”
Tbf, while it is more than just a prototype, it’s still a bit off to say it’s « moving to production », since said production is to deliver the first radar in around 2028, if nothing goes wrong. It’s just that the budget has been allocated
All in game nations also profit off of Brimstone integration too. Which was lead by the British. This works in all directions.
Changes could still occur for sure. Nothing is ever “final” even when in production. Changes are still made from that point too. But the “prototype” radars are simply being updated to production standard anyway.
Doesnt mean it will be the same radar nor it will be delivered to the RAF on next day.
Production may take more time or BAE can change certain aspects on radar before finalizing it, as i’ve said before my issue isnt the radar but the policy you guys running.
Modifications of the two test radars to production standards for a complete set of 40. It is finalized.

The same is also true of the ECRS Mk I. Changes can occur in any stage, even after production. Nothing is ever “final” in that respect.
and this is why germany chose the MK1 for the time, as we plan to have it show up in service by this year, not by 2028
Still ignoring the main aspect of this conversation, meh i think thats enough for me.
Why are we back with german mains whining for 10° and asking for amk, they should already be happy that they are getting irst, my god…
Honestly wouldn’t mind a second AESA Typhoon so long as it’s the P4E kit with the all digital cockpit. But for the the love of god it would be great for Gaijin to folder it on release instead of a few months later.
