tbf the main problem the F15C GE has is its lack of engine power which made the F15E competitive. Extra missiles wouldn’t really fix its problems

oh 100% like it would cause copy pastes the issue is they have to set that precedent through the way their bug reporting system works and how they accept features is aggressively enforce on being variant specific so they have to maintain that, they shouldn’t be willy nilly with their own rules it only causes the issues we saw with the f15c GE.
We might see the Legion finally come, or EPAWWS or MRML, (all of these were accepted or passed as suggestions) as well as the flight model change they’ve left so much out which is why it feels like such a minimal upgrade for the entire 400k RP it costs, plus my guess is they will probably give it the 9x or 120d when there introduced, then leave the E with c7 and then introduce the f15EX in the f15E line, (cause the hate everyone).
imo that BVR tech has had 2 Advances since the last introduction of better IR Missiles would mean that this is next in line

It lacks any tools in its toolbox to make it a viable competitor at 14.3

You did, in fact, ask about the F/A-18. And it doesn’t work as a comparison. The F/A-18 is a completely different platform that is plagued by its lack of speed. Like I said earlier, you’re ignoring context.

The F-15C GE lacks plenty of flight performance compared to the Rafale and Eurofighter
Both the Su-30SM and Rafale have ESA, so that’s just par for the course for 14.3 (sorry, Eurofighter)
Again, you’re completely ignoring the context in which the F-15C GE exists. If Gaijin treated it like the Su-30SM and gave it MRML racks, it would be in a much better state.
