Why has it taken Britain so long to get around to updating their IFV’s with Ajax? Isn’t there a CV90 factory close to the UK they couldve just bought the chassis’ from?
That’s a long and complicated issue that I don’t have enough knowledge to comment on (ground isnt as much my thing compared to air and naval) Though in fairness there are a load of other options prior to the Ajax that could and should have been added by now. There’s like a dozen warrior variants and other CVRTs.
Looking how it goes, we are going to have full lines of American SPHs in half of nations TTs.
Although I’m still waiting for a longer cannon Italian Priest.
I thought it was the Sexton they put a longer gun in? I’m going to assume both.
I mean, it is the US’s fault for exporting so many(that would have happened sooner or later; it just would have been better for it to be later(after domestic one where added)).

I just remember seeing that there was a deal from BAE that they would open a factory in the UK had they gone with the CV90. Everytime i look at stuff for the Ajax it just seems like they choose the most expensive and least effective design possible considering how expensive it is. Seems like it might end like the M10 Booker which isn’t that also a relative to the Ajax?
There are both: Sexton with 105/22 and Priest with 105/34.

Actually. Its the kind of thing that they would add in the Oct update. Im guessing Dec might add something like Gen 5 IRs.
Unless the Swedish Naval tree was subs only :P

Yeah I think that would be too crazy, so I didn’t include it.
After all, we know that the Swedish and Chinese navies are not coming in 2025 because of BVVD’s comments in CMCD4

I can see a Swedish Coastal tree. But do either really have enough options for a Bluewater tree?
If they get the Russia treatment for paper ships then yes, especially if we add Norway and Finland they would have a lot.
Iirc most paper ships were bought but never delivered do to the war.

Otherwise without Russia treatment they would have a few gaps and some lacking lineups but with all of the current Nordic states in game it would be fairly fleshed out iirc from the proposal someone made a while back.
