Tbf the Hornets were overhyped and mid, we had vastly better vehicles sitting at 13.7 so i have no interest in the hornets, it may also be a bit biased considering for 6 months Sweden was stuck with the worst Hornet which is still 14.0 might i remind you and you have to grind it.
The problem is the hornets don’t help sweden air, they are just added filler.
Finland overall has been arguably one of the most mid TT’s out of all their vehicles gaijin failed to actually fix real gaps that could have been patched and rather doubled down on adding vehicles at existing BR’s air wise, or simply adding Copy slop over actual unique vehicles.
Dont tell me.you want the Cromwell over the 20pndr model they could’ve offered or the T72 with 850hp engine and 22kph or a TD at 4.x with actual armor which might i remind you is their most iconic tank
Oh yeah it likely won’t help the super Hornet at all.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll happily slander the Hornet nearly every opportunity I get and I would gladly trade the Super Hornet for an actually interesting high tier vehicle for US ground, but unfortunately it just makes the most sense as the hinted vehicle.
Also unfortunately Gaijin will likely just say “but you got the stingray and super hornet” and I’ll have to wait for the november update for an actually interesting US vehicle.
It does matter when it actually fills a gap, idk had Finland come with the T34-76’s they would’ve given sweden something aside from 1 medium tank at 4.0 if Finland had been given the KV-1B it would’ve been better than uptiering all the 4.0 TD’s to 4.7 how about giving sweden an actual 5.x aircraft, or adding the T34-75 at 5.0 i can seriously keep going, gaijin could’ve actual filled gaps
@Smin1080p_WT hey so quick question you probably dont have time to answer. Is there any explicit reason why the Stingray is a TT vehicle and not the XM8/M8? Because out of the AGS program the Stingray was one of the tanks rejected relatively early in the program while the XM8 was an adopted tank and was adopted as the M8. Asking because its very confusing why this was done as normally if there is a selection of vehicles from a program the one thats added to the TT is the one that was adopted, not one that was rejected after testing
I’m mostly a ground player, besides the CLAWS (needed yes, but interesting is arguable. None of the new AAs are necessarily interesting, even if they were mostly good addition).
There really haven’t been interesting US ground additions in the last 6-9 months. And the Stingray is as boring as all the other additions.
Hell ground additions in general have been quite boring the last year overall, regardless of which TT.
