Top tier this, top tier that. I’m sick of everything being top tier there are other eras/BRs in this game. If US mains want 30 new jets every update, the monkey paw curls and all F-22 models are now Battle pass rewards and all the jets you guys get are early ones.

As a general rule of thumb. European top tier aricraft come 6-12 months after their closest contemporariess and are heavily restricted for a while. It’s also rare for them to remain competitive for all that long.
Just look at the Gripen. Came 12 months after the F-16/Mig-29. Was nerfed heavily, became average at best after 6 months and after more than a year is still heavily handicapped and restricted from a lot of core capabilities without much justification (like MAWS, centre line bombs, etc. It even still has a placeholder radar)
Just looking at the Typhoon. It came 3 months after the F-15E and 6 months after the F-15C (its closest US contemproaries currently) Its massively nerfed currently and barely recongnisable as the aircraft its meant to be representing and fixes for it are unlikely to be quick to come.
We only have to guess that within the next 3-9 months, the US will regain the meta with something crazy OP and we’ll be left fighting for buffs for the EFT to keep pace (like AAM upgrades, radar upgrades, etc)

Oh absolutely. I really wouldnt be surprised if we get a 2025 F-22 this year that also happens to tbe the first aircraft with Aim-120C5s. So we are not only fighting a stealth aircraft, with a buggy, near useless radar but also one with better AAMs.

T4-5 Typhoons can hold their own against it just about, but strictly speaking, the F-15 is the Typhoon equivalent.
The Tempest would be Britains equivalent to the F-22
F-15 entered service 1976. Typhoon in 2003. F-22 in 2005. the F-22 a much closer contemporary to the Typhoon than the F-15 is

Thats a bit like saying the Typhoon Should get ASRAAM because they entered service in 1998, but the US shouldnt get its equivalent Aim-9X Block II because they didnt enter service until 2015 (iirc)
