should only add j11b, the current j11a is horrificly bad,it gets dominated in anything it faces ,also china is really lacking domestic agms ,would be nice to see kd-88 missile implimented

It never officially carried them, it was tested a bit but with how picky Gaijin can be I don’t think it’s likely to see an F-14 in game with AMRAAMs

i mean there is also the little issue that japan has like 2 top tier air additions left, MAYBE 3, until the 5th gen comes
how many amraam could it carry though?? it might even be 13.3 if it cant carry many since its far slower than F-15 and cant give the missile as much speed
The Harrier GR.1 didn’t use SRAAMs in service. The F-4F didn’t use AIM-9Js in service. The Yak-141 didn’t use any weapons at all. Capability is all that matters.
yeah, they need to hide the J-11A away in a folder underneath the J-11

They could stretch the F-2 out in like 3 variants minimum lol
And move the Mirage 2000-5EI to before the J-10A and folder it with the F-16A MLU.

gaijin should add it because if it comes withought amraams its only diffirence to the f14B would be the aim9m ,which isnt really a reason to choose the f14D over the B model
oh, i was thinking of early serivce F-2, J/APG-1, AAM-3 & 4, and then newer F-2 with J/APG-2, maybe AAM-4B, and AAM-3/5

IDK about the SRAAM but the F-4F had the capability to carry AIM-9J, whereas the F-14 didn’t have the capability to carry AMRAAMs, it was only the ones used as testbeds that could not the actual service aircraft, and like I said Gaijin are very picky nowadays about what they will and won’t accept as compatible

It did also get a shiny new radar which was the main upgrade between the B and D
If it’s not added with AIM-120s, then I expect it to be a squadron vehicle like the Su-33. If it is, then foldered with the F-14B.

There’s XF-2As and their multiple variants. Let’s also not forget this is before even talking about the B variants. Also proposed Super Kai.
Then there’s still a new F-15 JSI.
So yea, Japan still has plenty to give and that’s more than be said for some other nations.
