Hopefully it wont perform like a slightly better F-5

Still waiting for ours since aside from new SPAA or missile for Type 81c, nothing to look forward to

Though don’t need any more air updates for F-2. Can just sneak it in any update as now we got Rafale with AESA.

And AESA is just a sorry excuse for AESA… I don’t understand how this has been the reason to delay F-2 so long.

The earliest variant would use AIM-9L/AAM-3 and AIM-7F/M and, besides agility which is not really meta especially not without HMD, does nothing particularly crazy compared to the F-16C or F-15As. Yet it was delayed because AESA. And now we have AESA and it’s just very slightly faster PD?

If this is a joke, it’s a very bad one…

Unless the F-2 is somehow a UFO which I doubt itll be very agile but not a UFO

I mean, it is going to be very controllable at low speeds and it will pull very hard compared to the existing F-16s, but that would still come at the cost of sustained performance at least compared to the F-16C. It should still be about similar to an F-16A though, since the additional thrust from the -129 engine should make up for the additional drag (assuming equal fuel/weapons load).

Decoupled Yaw could give it some UFO properties though, turns without roll could be very deceptive.

I cant wait for that thing man. Im so so excited to see it soon hopefully

Wonder if itll have enough pull and thrust to Cobra at low speed in WT lmao

Let me guess: the March version will launch things that didn’t appear in previous leaks, like the J-10B, J-11B or the G6-HVM and F-18. Then the June version will be added to the Pakistan ground line.

We all called it and told the fearmongers about how irrelevant it is and how they could add it with placeholder radar and update later like PD. What a surprise, that’s exactly what they’re doing!

It’s deja vu with the Type 10. “Too modern, 2.5 sec reload time OP, armour too strong, would destroy top tier”

Notice how all those complainers and deniers are silent and disappear once the thing they decry shows up lol. Just infuriating

Let’s be honest, there’s no guarentee Gaijin will model it to what it should or might be. The FM is gonna be guesswork and might just be anything but agile and there’s no declassified documents to prove otherwise. Pretty much at Gaijin’s mercy

Radar should be Elta EL/M-2052 which is AESA while datamined radar for Kfir C.10 Blk 60 is just a regular PD Elta EL/M-2032 present on baseline Kfir C.10

No this next update = no money. You warned, Gaijin.

If that is that takes to have tandem double seater Flanker… so be it

With how gaijin treats FM I cant imagine it being an UFO, sure, you could call it good, but comparing them to gripen j10 typhoon its only just good and not exceptional.

TFW M1A2T arrived

China mains: good we got reload(and gen 3 thermals)

Gaijin: due to the Taiwanese crews lack of experience in operating abrams, its reload will be 7.1sec aced

Which knowing them it wont get lets be real at best its gonna be a slightly more agile. Heavier F-16C gaijin won’t put effort in that thing
