In “battle of Kursk” was 3 battles the northern front won, but south front lost, and therefore start battle under Prohorovka were Soviets were able to stop the breakthrough and continue to liberate territories from Nazi.
It should count as 3 battles, but yes, one of them won by Germany.

This gets into the whole “is it a victory if you’ve already bled yourself white?” thing that german performance on the eastern front always goes back to from day 1.
