mig-25 is not that bad, i think iraqi mig-25 have kill record on modern us fighters (i think victim was a f-18)

in 1991, when the US started Operation Desert Storm, an Iraqi (mig-25) pilot flummoxed the US pilots as his MiG-25 shot down an American F/A-18 Hornet after a dogfight
i had a image of iraqi mig-25 in iran’s Hamedan air base (iraqi planes escaped to iran)
no, you would need bigger control surface because of how thin air was at those altitudes and a big explosive to make sure, they needed new missile

Their biggest selling point would not be their speed(hardly going to reach that), but the rediculously powerful R-40 missiles. Yet, Id say the mig-25s are just too hard to balance, they are either at a BR where they are virtually untouchable once the fight begins, or just be a complete sparrow target.

also Russia and UK can get mig-25 (india had mig-25)

and Ukraine I think should be left alone, if you make Ukraine a subtree of anyone they’ll end up with Abrams, Challenger 2s, Leopard 2s, including STRV 122, and pretty much every Soviet MBT plus the T-90

Considering that the Su-25SM3 most likely got its Kh-38 from a single brochure, without any real evidence, and that the same Grippen and EF-2000 were made almost identical for balance, it may turn out that the Chinese and Indian Su-30s will also get the Kh-38, and, apparently, only this will give China a decent top multirole aircraft for GRB/GSB
