Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

Hornet would go after the Sea Harrier probably, as a filler between that and the F-35B which in theory should go there.

MKI then would be in after the F.3 as a heavy fighter

But like you said one or both could easily be squadron or premium or event vehicles

Remember being split across TT is the WORST fate any nation can have.

Those supporting that fate, either hate or look down on that nation.

Canada’s official full title is still the Dominion of Canada and my king is still also yours so it would make sense from that POV, going off of geography instead of cultural and imperial ties could open a really nasty can of worms with other places like Korea and ukraine

F-15I is different gravy mate.

Doesn’t even feel like Warthunder playing it, more like Kerbal space program.

The climb rate is simply disgusting lol.

Yeah, I’m really not a fan of Canada being split between Germany, US, and Britain.

Honestly, it’s better for everyone if Canada goes to one and Australia goes to the other, but Gaijin has different plans it would seem :(

Not really hate since it be unfair if one nation get’s both.

If the UK got both the US mains will cry a ton.
If the US got both the UK mains will burn the forums down

Well, if the map changes in the next 4 years, the Canada problem can be solved by moving them all to the US tree.

hopefully we get a Harrier GR9 with a better missile after the GR7 to make the performance jump less extreme. now that typhoon and rafale are in game if the GR9 and aussie hornet was to get something like ASRAAM it wouldn’t be that drastic of a thing to expect in the next year

Yeah, Sea Harrier and GR.7 are different lines though, so it works out even with my suggestions

The US also has 100+ identical Hornet variants it could get.

Bar the British missiles on the one Aussie one, all it needs is a domestic variant to get any non-domestic operated variant(or well better eqivalent).

One thing we can all agree, the Canadians are the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Until you send them to war

“It all started when Gaijin added F/A-18C to US tt first, without adding CF-18 to British tt”

And just like real life, the US will come out of it better than it went in.

Even then just dont touch the maple syrup supplies, its like the yanks with coffee or brits with tea, the moment supplies are cut the Geneva Conventions look increasingly more and more like suggestions.

Oh, not entirely lol.
We do have some nice ppl…
You need to come see our geese though, that’s where all of our anger manifests in.

I find it so weird that the Harrier ii GR5/7/9 isn’t named “sea harrier” as it was mostly used by the Royal Navy. It throws me off when people don’t say the FA2 or call it “Shar”

Equally, you could say that the US never gets the ASRAAM and the UK never gets the 9X and everything is nice and unique ;)

not in the war of 1812, they lost because they didn’t annex Canada. but that’s getting too far off topic
