as for some who wonder what Thailand could add, here is a quick list
Gound M-84 oplot (it would go somewhere in the top tier) VT-4 (somewhere in the top tier) M60A3 TIFCS (boost the rank 6 with the Type 74, it was modernized by Elbit system recently) M60A3 TTS WERA (almost a meme tank, it use wood as the official addon-armour) M41GTI (developed for Thailand, and tested by them, but never adopted) Porborkhor 105 (perfect for the WW2 era) Type 76 SPAA (one of the few WW2 vehicles that Siam used) BTR-3E1 (can actually fit in the top tier) BTR-3RK (it can be a late SPG) BTR-3E (CSE 90LP) (it would do great in the rank 5-6) DTI AAPC 8x8 Sea Tiger (this one is hard to say where it can go, rank 6 or maybe 7) VN-1 (this would be a nice armored car to play) FV101 Scorpion (this can kill a panther with his HESH round) Commando Stingray (this one can be rank 6-7) Commando V-150(a good rank 4 like the Italian AUBL/74) M163 (japan could like a new SPAA at this rank)

there is much more than a few vehicles to get from Thailand. enough to boost Japan to a competitive level. (and remove the paper model such as the R2Y2)
not every nation, but Switzerland has way too many vehicles to add to Germany, it’s like adding the UK to Germany. it’s too much for Germany and Germany already has a lot of vehicles to offer, more than most nations. so no I am not happy to see Switzerland added to them, it’s a missed opportunity and an unfair treatment to other nations that have suffered for much longer than Germany and need much more than Germany.
Idk who gaijin trying to appease with this allegedly , because half of the playerbase of this game is tired of leo2 clones sprinkled over every tech tree , china is a light tank , ifv , mbt goldmine if we consider only PRC tanks ,Taiwan also helps Chinese tt with it’s support vehicles , Pakistan can also help extend Chinese tt as a sub tt with it’s type 88,89, mbt 2000/3000 derivatives and jf-17s ,f-6s ,f-7pgs ,j-10ce. Adding Singapore to china is completely pointless
yeah, the AT-6TH, i kind of overlook the trainer/light attacker semi-modern propeller planes. it would fall in a low BR with advance weapons, it’s kind of odd. a bit like adding an M113 armed with a 12.7mm as reserve, it feels out of place.
There is not a single vehicle in Chinese tt with spall liners ( which have been acknowledged in big reports ) and gaijin is spitting in our faces with Singaporean tt

Switzerland is not even remotely comparable to Britain. Just looking at the size of their militaries, the amount that gets spent and the wars they have fought is proof of that. There aren’t even any helicopters that can be added. Or heavy tanks. Or medium tanks at the lower tiers. There are too many holes for Gaijin to consider it a viable tree, which is what we saw with Benelux.
As for fairness, Germany is currently the only nation without a top tier jet and has been for several updates now. And no, the F-15, F18 and F-20 are not viable top tier options, they were early variants that could not use AMRAAMS and did not have HMD.
You are free to wish for whatever you want but the fact is Germany already has a couple of Swiss vehicles and more for Germany have already been leaked, putting your head in the sand won’t change the outcome.
i still have 13 other vehicles to add as i recently discovered them, and at a few dozen more that were ignored as they are not really different than those in this tree (like we do not need to have all the variants of the Panzer 61 if it just has a few internal difference) and i didn’t even talk about adding the Austrian as sub tech tree there or included the many export variants of some vehicles such as the Piranha.
it’s definitively much more than what Germany can take.
the F-15, F-18 and F-20 are a valuable option as steps for the top tier, the Typhoon will be the real german top tier, and it’s about to be added. it would be the next in line after the F-18. so i do not see any reason to have the Swiss plane added to Germany right now. if the German cry so much for a new top-tier jets, they can have the Argentinian F-16 already. there is plenty option better than wasting the Swiss as sub tree.
Thailand did a major overhaul of the plane a few years ago to add a glass cockpit among other minor avionics changes, however they did not delete the CM. Also worth noting Thai Alpha Jets have been spotted with AIM-9P.
of course, not all of them should be added. I would not like to see the SB2C or the Firefly in the middle of the awesome Japanese WW2 planes. but those jets would be very helpful. from the A-37 to the J39
with the addition of Thailand (and a few Japanese planes), Japan jet could look a bit like this
it’s not perfect, it could still need meet at rank 7 but it’s much better, the gap are almost closed and the top tier is actually offering a good line-up
