But if it’s under Japan then it would be a subtree no? Too many vehicles would rule out any subtree, not just Thailand.
I would not include Indonesia but Gaijin is not doing good at introducing new sub nations so…
If there are not Rank 5 - 6 - 7 air vehicles, the sub tree is unnecessary on arrival.
