R-77 is very draggy tho, its range is worse than AMRAAMs unless fired at very high altitudes people dont normally play in WT aka 8km+.

The F15J can carry the AAM 4’s and AAM 3’s. I didn’t carry the AAM 5 until 2008

Su-27SM is the first version capable of firing R-77. What we have ig is basic Su-27S from 1980s.
Upgraded version AAM-4B but they have access to AMRAAMS as well

Depends what you want; next airframe, next modernization, trainer, next airframe + modernization and so on. The Su-27SM and/or Su-30M2 are the next logical steps if we consider R-77s.

Air has been getting a lot of love from updates lately, and while that’s not a bad thing I’d like to see more stuff for ground. That being said we did just get our “ground” update last year in Air Superiority so odds may not be great
