Sadly this is not the case. Had the Osa or Strella not come, no other vehicles would have been in their place in those updates instead. They did not remove any development time from what was already being worked on for domestic vehicles and planned to come.

last I checked India signed a deal to domestically produce Pantsirs and I haven’t seen anything on that deal falling through, so I dont see why it couldn’t come
Unironically they gets added after the stormer AD AFAIK, which is a pretty standard addition and is good against fixed wings.
Because they too were also requested. Its starting to feel like people forgot the last few months already.

We don’t know what an Indian Pantsir would look like yet, that deal involved development as well so it’s safe to assume it wouldn’t be C&P
An agreement was signed. Currently nothing more:

OSA is the only way UK can deal with max range drones, including 10km russian ones, and Strela is, well, Strela.

Then, if ZA-HVM or G6-HVM come, also same br, this is again same situation. In your logic, UK TT also don’t need a Pantsir, ZA TT is enough.
Generally the sentiment seems to come from the misunderstanding that if the Osa was not added, something else (domestic) would have come the same update in its place. Which was not the case.

Why should they cover an allready mentioned vehicle again?
On the Spain thing, its an EC665 Tiger HAD in the end, which was an German/Franco project, France has allready more helis and also an Apache as Premium,
So its just logical that the Spain tiger goes to Germany as an Prem

But, the strategic bomber thingy.
How is that going to work for other nations beside US, RU and GB?
Most nations haven’t operated these type of vehicles, so they wont get them.
That will even further discourage people of grinding any other nation besides the main four (US, DE, RU, GB).
While also providing even more content for the already high content nations.
Do you know any strategic bombers from Japan, China, Italy, France, Sweden and Israël?

Only the orion can fire off missiles that has a 10km range, and given how prevelant su-25/su-25k is, there are little cases where the orion is an issue.
less annoyed about india more that we are presumably getting a 5th SPAA at 10.0-10.3 when we only have a single IFV past 8.0, again dont get me wrong nice to see the rapier but god I would even love a warrior CTA-40
