im just confused on why if this leak is accurate why we are gonna have more SPAAs in this bracket then MBTs, I dont think any other BR or nation has something like this
People asked directly, many times since the leak of the Bhishma, not to have an Indian subtree at all, and to simply have domestic UK vehicles or a subtree that fit better with the playstyle of the TT.

Equally people have also been using and enjoying those vehicles, even requesting more of them. Domestic vehicles have also continued to flow all the time since the T-90 Bhishma.
As we have said all along, the addition of Indian vehicles wont block or prevent domestic platforms. This has been the case and will continue to be the case.

is it possible that we could see an Indian Pantsir since this is a gap that neither the SA tree or British tree could fix with out the introduction of multi vic sams, it would also allow the Indian stuff actually shine instead of being overshadowed by pre-existing tanks in the tree

The addition of subtree vehicles absolutely does detract from the availability of developer man hours for domestic vehicles. Time and budget spent on creating skins, models, or code for a subtree vehicle is time not spent on the same thing for domestic vehicles.
People play the game and upvote everything, that doesn’t really mean much.

Sadly this is not the case. Had the Osa or Strella not come, no other vehicles would have been in their place in those updates instead. They did not remove any development time from what was already being worked on for domestic vehicles and planned to come.

last I checked India signed a deal to domestically produce Pantsirs and I haven’t seen anything on that deal falling through, so I dont see why it couldn’t come
Unironically they gets added after the stormer AD AFAIK, which is a pretty standard addition and is good against fixed wings.
Because they too were also requested. Its starting to feel like people forgot the last few months already.

We don’t know what an Indian Pantsir would look like yet, that deal involved development as well so it’s safe to assume it wouldn’t be C&P
An agreement was signed. Currently nothing more:
