With the exception of Israel only starting at rank IV the Brazil tree has way fewer vehicles, especially when we consider how many vehicles Israel is still missing.

I understand your argument for the air man, but understand me, a Brazilian line with a subtree is enough for a complete line
Having to combine nations for them to be viable as trees is a major reason not to add them as trees
