if the CAPTOR-M was performing realistically against current aesas then i think it actually would be the best because aesa scan speeds ingame are slower than mechanical scan speeds irl which is just incredible (to back this up i believe the F14A scan speed on release was faster than the CAPTOR-E as it is now)
That isnt the case. But CAPTOR-M is nerfed as hell without Priority Track and IRST sensor Fusion.
But the moment the Rafale was added with AESA, then AESA was on the table for everyone else. Its kind of hilarious though how US mains continue to claim the F-15C GE is weaker than the M-Scan Typhoons

The centurions, especially the Mk.3 and FV4202 etc, being stupidly undertiered for forever? The M-scan EFTs were still the second best jets by a wide margin. The FV4030/3 was beyond busted at 9.7.

It is more likely the F-14As scan rate was wrong on addition.
Foxhunter on the Tornado ADVs had 160 deg/sec instead of 80 deg/sec due to a bug introduced when they changed the scan pattern or something
The issue on the CAPTOR-M is that it should maintain track on 6 targets like an AESA radar does with its current scan rate, then you also should have IRST overlayed with the CAPTOR-M providing 200 target TWS at its very high scan rate.
But we dont even have IRST TWS yet, let alone the ability to run Radar and IRST at the same time

so i still dont see how this is being britain dominating when 2 other nations got eurofighters and if it was “dominating” it would be the best not 2nd best and are we forgetting the constant rafale buffs and typhoon nerfs after storm warning?
while i do agree it did need to go 10.0 it was not “beyond busted” it still had not very good hull armour bad ammo placement bad ammo rack and the mobility was worse when it was 9.7 as this was before the engine buff but i guess? still not dominant.
when it comes to air i could agree with the AESA typhoon being like 3rd best (which 2 other nations get) and im not sure about ground at all sure theres a few gems but no APHE at low tier a quite pitiful top tier atm no good IFV etc nothing on britain i can see that is dominant
