Now you mention that as an option. I see it too.
that’s still getting screwed over compared to what it can do. 28 GBU-53 is still barely enough to overwhelm a single pantsir sm. I think a heavy strike aircraft should be better at air to ground than medium and light fighters at the same BR
The Spice 250 and GBU-39 use different pylons
I agree with you, they’ll add F-15E RMP this update and F-15EX would be added in December update along with SU-35. Considering December update is majorly focused on air, this is very likely to happen
We already have the Su-35 in-game though…
Well almost a SU-35. SU-30SM2 is still missing MAW
well too bad for it. Maybe people who are mad about not getting 20-28 can go get good on the ground instead of having to rely on overpowered CAS to do the work for them.
16 is plenty and should stay the max limit. And the SM-SV should just get nerfed.
R-77-1s are also not competitive enough anymore as they lack GNSS therefore the Soviets clearly need a new Fox-3
/s
They also need something better than KH-38MT to compete with GBU-53, so they’ll need a buff there too
/s
Or maybe ground players should stop screwing jet payloads over, since there are more modes with air to ground than ground rb. What if there’s a modern nuclear thunder or SEAD event?
They need Kh-89900000 that can go mach 10+ and destroy everything in 100km radius to compete with GBU-53.
Anyways can someone pls tell me if F-16V would be getting tripple rack?
Very unlikely to get triple AMRAAMs imo
Good
Simple solution then: Make it so that whenever they load into a GRB/GSB game their loadouts get hard limited.
Or even simpler: Just remove/ban the F-15E and F-15I from GRB/GSB completely. This way you can have your 28 GBU/SPICE loadout and use them to your heart’s content in ARB/ASB.
Probably not since it was from a promotional image for Indias F-21 program and probably died with it.
Didn’t Turkey also have some plans with tripple or double rack for their F-16V?
So 16 max GBU-53 on whatever stations you choose?
They do need to come up with a better solution for balancing loadouts.
Because I hate to agree with Quartas but hes right, Aircraft being nerfed in airmodes because of tanks in another gamemode is starting to get old.
Best solution I can come up with. Make better use of SP cost. Have SP cost directly proportional to the amount actually taken. Could even factor in the full loadout and not just the most expensive item (I.E GBU-53 + AGM-65 costs more than just taking 1 or the other)
That way, yes, you can have 28x GBU-53s, but it will also cost you at least twice as much as taking only 16.
Edit: Im going to refine that idea even more, just had a brain wave. Just have the cost associated with each specific hardpoint.
So instead of 4-16x Spice-250/GBU-53 = X amount (its what about 250-300 at the moment?)
What if instead each quad mount cost = Y amount (say 125 SP?) and each Octo mount (8) costs = 2Y amount. (250 SP)
So if you wanted to run 24x Spice-250/GBU-53 it would cost 3x 250 + anything else you were running.
would obviosuly need fine tuning
So if you take 1x 4 Spice 250s it costs way less than taking 28. and the SP cost to spawn is just the total of all hardpoints added up. Would go a long way to helping balance CAS
Yeah they were included in their plan to buy F-16V upgrade kits for their existing fleet but they dropped that deal and are upgrading their F-16’s domestically.
Judging by the suggestions, Id say Germanys future is “promising” (not true).
The suggestion to remove/add modifications before the battle is much needed. I hope to see it implemented soon.
