Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

At least there will be some IFVs, so there will be vehicles that take at least some skill to play (I hope).

Depends on the IFV imo

A lot of autocannon IFVs don’t require much skill to play either

Bmpt and turm

Neither of those are IFVs

Would love to see one of the ZBL08 chassis’ atgm carriers or anti air options at some point in terms of light vehicles.

Bmpt is ? Its literally made based on bmp2 performance against city infantry.

The BMPT cannot carry troops

That’s the key feature of an IFV

That a apc not ifv

APCs are unarmed (or lightly armed) vehicles that are only meant to carry troops

IFVs are tanks and armoured cars with both a proper armament and a troop transport compartment

Yes as heavy armored bmpt

May not able to carry troops but is 100% capable being ifv

No, the BMPT is not an IFV.

It literally doesn’t have the capacity to carry troops. If it cannot carry troops, it’s not an IFV.

It’s an AFV (Armoured Fighting Vehicle).

There are many high capability ammunition and spare parts production facilities, count the ecrn and scafse among them

Its was about air forces and big billions project budget like the tejas

idk about that

Yeah but ifv is armored, not same level but can be a AFV

Again, if it cannot carry troops, it’s not an IFV

Its in the name, bmpt is both a ifv and afv.

Can act as a infantry fighting as well as a armored fighting to defend squadron.

2 in 1

Nope, it’s at 14.3

Ok bro

Whatever you say

The Russians don’t call it an IFV (they call it a tank support vehicle), the definition of an IFV is a properly armed troop transport vehicle and the BMPT lacks that functionality, but fine, you keep on calling it an IFV

a 2 in 1 does both things worse than the equivalent vehicle
