Singapore operates their aircraft with a lot of Israeli equipment and avionics. They’re also allies with Israel, so it makes more than enough sense for the F-15SG to go to Israel.

Neither had the Chally 3 been when it got added lol given yes its the brits own tank, but X thing not delivered/in service doesnt really work as an argument for war thunder

If we had gotten the prototype chally 3 your example would made sense, but no version of the F-15IA exists in any form.
F-15SG makes more sense in the US than Japan or Israel.
Israel does not make or operate the F-15SG at all
